Great price for the excellent location and everything is within walking distance. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Is just outdated but is priced as such.

The building is very old. Upkeep and maintenance are severely lacking. Outside windows have not been cleaned in who knows how long. Sheets have holes in them. Moss is growing everywhere. Only two towels provided for three people in room. Cupboards were falling off. Mind you this is the cheapest hotel in downtown Vancouver so what can you expect.

Needs lots of maintenance and a good reno. Very retro design probably 70’s asthetic but not in the good way. Woild be 2 stars but the price is decently affordable for the location. Good for just a place to rest your head and not much else.

Room has its own kitchen, living room and bathroom which good for what I paid for. Only needs renovation, paint and TLC. No AC, but I don't mind, at least put a fan. Elevator needs replacing or maintenance though.

Great weekend stay!

The front desk clerk, Carlos, was pleasant and great. He was helpful and transparent. The room might need a little improvement but otherwise comfortable.
