The one day out of the four nights we were there we indicated with the sign hanging on the door (by 7:10 am) that we wanted our room serviced. We arrived back at the hotel after 7 pm and it wasn't done. They permitted us to change rooms but the new room (while it had a better bed) didn't have a remote for the tv in the bedroom, there was not door on the closet in the bedroom... it was just not great anyway you look at it!
