The room door closed but did not fit properly. It rubbed seriously on the door frame. The door leading from the main part of the suite to the bathroom would not stay open and slammed shut if it was left open. Bad marks on the counter tops in the kitchen - to be fair, this was noted in a memo on the counters but the look of the permanent stains is very bad. Noticed a lot of carpet seams in the common hallway on the 2nd floor were frayed and needed to be cut off or the seams redone.

Exceptional hotel and restaurant!

This hotel was well worth it! Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were offered an upgrade when we asked to be moved away from the elevators! Staff happily assisted and processed the move quickly and efficiently. The attached restaurant was exceptional and will definitely make this our hotel of choice when in Prince George.

The room we were in was older, smelled very musty and was worse when air conditioner was turned. We were put in a different room as I requested to be and was better. hallways were not vacuumed.

Front desk staff was great, housekeeping not so much. We left the tag on the door to have the room made for our second night and nothing was done. The tag was still there when we returned at the end of the day. Not even coffee for the second morning.

Hotel staff were amazing but even better than that was the Rockford grill. Staff at the Rockford are some of the best you'll ever find. The menu choices are also amazing. Highly recommend.
