The property was nice inside. I love the casino aet up, for its comfortable size for the guests that come there from other properties and are staying. While we were there we were tild that the swimming pool was closed, and then we found out that the roof top was off limits due to private party bookings that was closed off the entire stay of our trip. I feel like it wasnt fair to the travelers that were coming to stay from other places. So that made two things that we couldnt access. You all need to do better by making sure that the amenties are avaiable to guests that want to experience more of what the sheraton has to offer. Randall was a wonderful host and made our stay there q0 times better. He was nice, and very welcoming and me and my friend appreciated it.

Perfect 4 Romantic & Relaxing (bt fun) staycation
amazing staff and food and sonehow atmosphere (both relaxing and tranquil and also exciting with reataurant with live music and casino in lobby). made it feel like you could really do a staycation for a week and never have to leave the hotel ofc. La Divina Comida was rifht down the street, so have to leave the hotel for a couple of hours for that! (best restaurant in Costa Rica if not Central America).

I had to cancel booking last minute due to a family emergency. The airline company understood the matter and gave me a full refund 3 hours prior to boarding..however, this hotel refuses to process a refund a full 10 hours prior to check-in time.

Excelente excelente!!!! This hotel service was remarkable. Staff service was so so great in all areas-front desk, gift shop, restaurants, driver, cleaning staff, bell hops, casino staff, security and concierge for excursions. Rooftop restaurant/bar has gorgeous view and ambiance. Nice gym, steam room. Very walkable to mall-one sidewalk takes you straight there in 5 minutes. Will definitely stay here on any return trips to Escazu!!!
