Disgusting- run away!!!!
Garbage everywhere. Bug spray, bugs, pathetic condition. Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed from Hotels.com. The advertised pictures don’t express the condition. This place should close. No bar and no restaurant. Had to call to get someone to check us in. Disgusting.

Great stop over on way back to uk from the languedoc, just off the motorway but can hardly notice it. Had a lovely meal and good rest in beautiful grounds

Don't choose this hotel!
I had big expectations for this accommodation. Unfurtunately, all was at the limit! Like in the XVII century, maybe!The room that was given had no number on the door.The windows and door on the balcony could not be closed properly. Bathroom was not cleaned! The bedsheets were not complete some items had different colors. Nice park around castle, and nice environment. Easy to be reach from highway, and good indications. If you need I can send some picture to illustrate my descrition. The pantron needs to take in consideration the fudamentals on hospitality and cleaniless in order to bring the castle to the level of the price he asks for the acommodation. I consider that the price that had been asked it is too high for the conditions that are in the castle hotel.

A lovely chateau being slowly brought back to life
Chateau quite hard to find as there is no signpost on the main road. Lovely building still requiring a lot of restoration and very much a work in progress. Charming owner who was very welcoming and obviously very proud of his property. Room was very large and comfortable, furnishings very modern and a little out of place in such an old house - it would look much better with traditional furniture. Lovely bathroom and floor, good view of grounds. Breakfast could have been better as regards choice but coffee was freshly made and very good. Overall, a good overnight stay but further time and investment needed on the part of the owner to ensure a more memorable experience.

An accommodation offering its own 'special' charm and unique character. With attention to detail could be a fantastic stay... but not quite yet..... Internet - Free WiFi YES Food & Drink - Electric kettle, room service, and free bottled water NO ELECTRIC KETTLE, NO BOTTLED WATER, BUT SUPPLIED ON REQUEST. Sleep - Memory foam bed, Egyptian cotton linens, and a pillow menu NO MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS. PLASTIC SHEET UNDER WELL WORN COTTON BED SHEET MEANT SLEEP WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. Bathroom - Private bathroom, free toiletries, and a shower 1 POOR QUALITY TOWEL PER PERSON SUPPLIED, BUT SUFFICIENT SUPPLIED ON REQUEST. Chambre d'hôtes dans un château délabré.
Établissement peu entretenu, intérieur et extérieur. Chambre vieillotte, rideau décroché et taché. Dans la Salle de bain, le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas, il manquait une ampoule à la lampe, le volet ne pouvait être fermé complètement. Propreté insuffisante. Très sonore, on entend distinctement les autres personnes parler dans le couloir. Petit déjeuner à 9 euros avec des pains au chocolat et croissants congelés, réchauffés dans le four devant la table d'hôtes.

Bien situé, voilà.
Pour faire simple, notre couple de repreneur, courageux et éblouies par le charme des lieux n'ont vue l'ampleur de la tâche de la rénovation avant ouverture. Pourtant ils semblent faire de leur mieux mais les finitions sur les travaux engagés ne sont pas propres et vieillisses mal car elles ne sont pas soignées ni entretenues. Pour diner pas de restaurant, juste le petit déjeuner est proposé que je n’ai pas pris, alors attention à l'annonce. Cependant à quatre minutes de voiture vous disposez de tous les commerces et restauration de chaines. Côté Ouest (photo façade du site), elle souffre de la D907 ou la circulation vous oblige à garder les fenêtres fermées, avec de bonne température et sans clim c'est pas simple pour tenir. Du coup on comprend pourquoi l'entretien du parc au-devant, qui est aussi un beau coucher de soleil, soit succinctement entretenu car ce brouhaha de véhicules et se promener sur une herbe coupée et pas ramassée ne vous invite pas à un repos bucolique dans cette espace plutôt bien présenté. C'est dommage ce manque d'espace de repos à l'extérieur, car le lieu vous y invite. Cela dit le propriétaire est arrangeant et il faut les encourager. Bonne découverte à vous.

Le seul critere que j'avais c'était d'avoir uk restaurant sur place mais il était fermé et ce n'était pas indiqué. Douche sale avec de la moisissure sur les joints. Rideaux qui se décrochent avec des tâches indéterminée dessus. Petit déjeuner qui vaut vraiment pas 9euros Le bonhomme qui gere ça esr sympa mais c'est clairement pas suffisant

Déçus
Nous avons séjourné en tant de canicule, et un volet était cassé, nous n’avons donc pas pu l’ouvrir et le fermer à notre convenance pour aérér la chambre, et sans climatisation nous n’avons pas pu dormir. Le petit déjeuner est servi de 7h à 10h mais le pain frais n’était pas disponible avant 9h15, alors qu’une boulangerie non loin était ouverte avant, incompréhensible. Le domaine qui pourrait être très beau n’est malheureusement pas entretenu, ce qui donnait un aspect très négligé au lieu. Malgré tout la literie n’était pas trop mauvaise.
