Beach view was unobstructed. Very friendly staff. Parking available in a multilevel garage. Room was very clean and well equipped to include kitchen and laundry.No restaurant on the premises but there was a nice fitness facility. Location is very easy to access with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

By and large this was a great stay. Had a small hiccup that caused a lot of stress but in the end was handled well by the hotel. Just remember to read the entire check in document. That way you are not given a heart attack over something that would seem minor.

The room was GREAT! Everything was very clean. Bedrooms are a good.size and the bathrooms are spacious. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Our only frustrating item was the parking deck, it is TIGHT! Watch the mirrors for cars coming toward you.

We loved that it was easy to get around. We were on the PH floor which I've never been on a floor called PH. Overall stay was wonderful. Happy there was no resort fee (it was waived) Loved the off season timing and we had fabulous weather. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were not as comfortable as I expected. I think they needed to be replaced. I would happilynstay here again.

The staff was very nice and attentive, however, the hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel—and that is one of the primary reasons that I booked it—and in no world should that hotel qualify as a 4 star hotel. The hotel was very outdated and smelled musty and gross. The amenities were extremely lacking and the room was extremely bare bones. The Refrigerator was very small and very old. Additionally, the phone was extremely old and the tv was extremely small for the room size and distance from the bed. I would recommend you others to stay here based on proximity to beach, however, they should not expect 4 star accommodation.

Rooms were very clean. The pools were clean, but on two of the three days we were there, they were closed. HOT TUBS WERE ALSO CLOSED FOR TWO DAYS. The gate to the beach was locked until the third day. The lady at the desk said she would have it opened, but didn't. I don't think we would stay there again.

The washer in the room was full of mold and mildew. I called the front desk for service and was told to just run a wash cycle to clean it. I personally went out and bought stuff to clean it because they didn’t try to clean it.. Then maintenance guy comes up the next day and took pictures and said oh no cleaning it won’t help you need a new washer. Then the manager Amber calls the room and said the owner would have to replace the washer. I was not offered another room but she said she said she gave me a refund for resort fees. Oh how nice when one of the amenities is a washer not a moldy washer! I spoke with her and after how rude she is I won’t be staying there anymore. I know that doesn’t mean anything to her rude rump but I can spend my money somewhere else. I had stayed there several times since they have opened with family and friends but that was my last visit. Need a better cleaning crew that pay attention to these things or home owners that update their property because too much money is being spent for it not to be. But mostly get a manager that has a better attitude and know how to speak to customers. I don’t think she realize that customers coming to the hotel bringing revenue pays her check.. Check your tone and attitude Ms Thang!! Amber
