Villa Annunziato is a luxury fully equipped beachfront house located in Vega Baja. The Villa offers unmatched comfort & style to guests with amazing views of Puerto Nuevo Beach, which is one of the only few beaches of Puerto Rico that has been awarded a blue flag recognition. This recently built modern-style property is large and comfortable enough for up to 12 people, with 4 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Wake up to the sound of the waves, dip into our heated pool, or take a walk on the beach.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kitchen island. Conveniences include a desk and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on request.

This was a beautiful place to stay, host was amazing, helpful and very responsive. The place is situated in a perfect spot with a beautiful view and access to delicious food.

Incredible house
What a great house. Perfect for a family or friends. Plenty of space to separate and lots of outdoor area to eat or play cards or swim. Ricky is an excellent host. The communication was excellent and he answered my questions quickly. The location is excellent as it takes a quick 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Can’t thank Ricky enough for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay.
The property was excellent. Very short walk to a beautiful beach. We loved the pool and host. Richard was great. Only downsides were there is no dishwasher and the street noise can be intense at times.

What an amazing house and host.
The place was perfect for a family. We had my son and his family with three children. They had their space, and we had ours. The home and patios with pool were amazing. Modern and clean throughout, the kitchen was well-equipped for what you needed. The beach is just a few steps away and has a great tide pool for younger children to swim in. The sand is amazing. The only downside is that the road out front can get a bit noisy at night. Grocery and bars are close by.
