Great hotel at an excellent location near Venice,10 minute train ride which the station is directly across the street.Bus station is also next door.Full hot and cold buffet breakfast.

Room is clean. Shower water temperature not Constant, suddenly too hot and suddenly too cold. For aircon temperature was set by hotel at 22°C, so can’t do anything.

For booking their superior family room, the drinks and snacks in my minibar was free. Very nice treat indeed. Never had this happen before. Only issue for me was the AC was not cold enough in the room. Was told that my room's temp specifically cannot be controlled independently. It's centrally controlled to 21 Celsius. So room was warm throughout the night.

Hotel is very well located, train station just 2 min walking distance and bus stop right by the corner. Breakfast buffet has great variety and the service from the staff was excellent.

location is the best part of this hotel. Is just in front of the metro station before getting into venice. As everyhting on the island is considerably much expensive and difficult to move (luggage) by boat. it is close to many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.

The hotel location is just outside main venice island, but across the road from the main station making it convenient. The hotel was spacious and good amenities. Tge staff was helpful in giving guidance. Good breakfast option.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is convenient to the Mestre train station. However, the AC does NOT work. I do not recommend staying here in warm weather.

Perfect city break hotel
From check in to departure, we did not have any problems. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast at €8 is a must. Room as expected for a city hotel. Small but functional. Cleaned very well each day. Replacement of water in fridge a nice touch. Hotel location excellent for airport, train station, day trips into Venice. Can get airport bus from train station (1 min walk). Highly recommend.

Rooms are small but comfortable. Location is close to train station for quick access to Venezia. Air conditioner in room was poor and room was hot, muggy, and uncomfortable after a long, hot day in Venezia.
