Pictures showed and where we stayed was completely different. Not sure if we stayed in room thats never been updated in 25 years but we paid the same as what the pictures showed. Bathroom had purple tiles with an old shower curtain. For the same price we stayed in Venice in a 4 star hotel. I will never book Best Western again.

It was close to the airport and they provided a shutyle for a fee. The room we had was very spacious. The hotel itself was quaint. Breakfast was excellent. Although we had to wait for our room to be ready they had a great lounge area to wait. Reception staff could have been a bit more informative but they were very accomodating arranging a special shuttle trip.

The only issue with staying here was with you Expedia. The message you sent re how easy it is to get to the hotel contains false information. The hotel shuttle only operates from the hotel to the airport. Airport regulations prevent the shuttle from operating in the reverse direction. Only taxis or the bus service are available to get to the hotel. I talked to the desk staff about this and they said they have repeatedly asked you to correct this message as it causes significant problems for them. Now you are hearing it from me. DO IT!

Very convent and overall a pretty good stay. I would have given the plant 4 stars but I saw some little things in the shower that tells me you guys don’t scrub the walls regularly. Staff wa super friendly though.

TERRIBLE STAY - was told there was shuttle from airport; no shuttle was avail day of my arrival. - the fan in the bathroom would not turn off and ran continuously for over one hour, past midnight. Staff said, “this sometimes happens” snd there was nothing to be done. I asked for another room but was told none were available. - remote for tv did not work properly. - this is the last time i will stay in a BW property.
