Great hotel with awesome staff who made everything comfortable and easy. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Breakfast is generous and has lots of variety.

Everything was wonderful. The manager upgraded us as we couldn't manage the stairs. We also overslept because of jetlag and everyone was very kind. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Incredible staff, wonderful breakfast and a clean room! We arrived on a hot weekend and the air conditioning couldn’t keep up, but the bed was comfy and the service was superior to anywhere we’ve stayed in Europe. Would stay again!

Really difficult to rate. In my younger days, I'd probably have loved it. Has a special old Venice feeling. Our room had to once have been the attic. Large by normal standards with a roof deck for 2, but the view didn't entice us, as just roofs in all directions. Ceiling was roof tiles and timbers. I like the place but lugging luggage up 3 flights of stairs wasn't fun. We used the Alilaguna taxi service which doesn't stop at the street (private boat taxi would have been much better). We had to walk quite a ways pulling bags through narrow streets. Breakfast was nice and simple.

10 plus stars for this Venetian B&B
We couldn’t have picked a better place to see Venice- located in a convenient and quiet area - close to the grand canal and not too far from the train station. The hospitality was amazing and the breakfast was excellent- thanks to Rosa for the great food and cappuccino. We had a complimentary bottle of Prosecco that we enjoyed our last night in their beautiful courtyard!! The bed was comfortable and the A/C was great !!
