The only redeeming quality about this hotel is the staff. They were outwardly very nice. When I arrived after 16 hours of travel and checked in the elevator wasn’t working, I had to walk with a lot of luggage up the stairs. Only one person was working so he was unable to help with the luggage to bring it all the way to the top floor. I got into the room, I couldn’t believe how bad it was. There was nothing aesthetic about it. The bed was so uncomfortable. Every time I would move the wood would make a bending noise which woke me up all night. I ordered a twin room so I knew the bed would be small, but the mattress was beyond uncomfortable. There was no padding to it at all. So between the uncomfortable mattress and this squeaking bedframe, I didn’t sleep well. If I had had my choice, I would’ve moved hotels, but it was midnight and I was tired from travel, and it would’ve been a very expensive change. I feel bad about writing such a negative review but this hotel is not meant for adult travelers and you should be warned.. I have actually stayed in €20 use hostels that were more comfortable.
