Very dirty hotel that was unswept at arrival. Room was on first floor and very loud. Could hear people all night. Area around the hotel is very dangerous. Not a good choice for solo female travelers. Had a 2 night stay and left after the first night.

The name doesn’t reflect the service. Poor service. Check in is at 2 no chance for early check in! Had to wait 2 hours as I got there early!

The hotel met my expectations. It's located in quiet and safe location, only about 20 minutes from Venice by tram or bus. The cleanliness was 100%, the breakfast buffet good. The only thing I was not very satisfied with was the Check in. I came to the hotel at 1.30 PM and the reception staff told me to wait for 30 minutes until the Check in starts up. Right after me came 2 another families but checked in right away. I was sitting in the chair in the lobby and waiting but nobody would call me to check in unless I was reminding them.

The hotel site says there's onsite parking for 13 and half euroes, but when we arrived they said no, we dont have on site parking!!!! We had to drive not too far, to a paking which was a bit confusing to find. The breakfast area (pay extra) was sooo crowded and no warm options. The poor lady there was working so hard to keep the over crowded place running!

The sense of hospitality was lacking from the reciptionist (an old man) who was quite cold and seemed arrogant. Apart from that, it was all good. Breakfast was provided at 7 Euros extra per person.
