It is very easy to get to Venice by using a local bus, very close to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful.

Great stay. Rooms were clean and staff was lovely to deal with. The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of options. It's just a short walk to the bus, train station or parking garage and hence the old city of Venice. Would recommend.

The women working the front desk were awesome. They had us processed and oriented to travalling to venice in 10 min. If you stay at the Cris, expect great service, ckean rooms, and a nice breakfast. I would have liked to have a mini fridge, but that wouldnt stop me from staying again The front desk staff is so helpful with the check in and check out. They even arranged for an early korning cab. Thank you for making our stay in enice memerable.

Great Room and Service. If you drive here, you have to leave your car keys with reception if you want the gate to open. Otherwise, breakfast was okay, above average but the showers space is too small, its like a small square

Staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Communication before and during our trip was superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate requests, provide recommendations for dining and tourism. The room was spotless and the breakfast delicious. They made sure there were gluten free options available for me.
