Friendly staff,lovely continental style breakfast, great location, approx 20mins walk to San Marks sq, lots of restaurant choices near to hotel, alot better value then the Sq. Right on the canal, watching the world go by, no dinner or bar facilities but easy to bring your own and hotel provides glasses to use in the terrace or upper deck.

We were very close to everything we needed, the room was immaculate, towels and linen changed everyday, super king bed very comfortable, staff very friendly, we used a nearby restaurant to our hotel called Trattoria da Rino very close to hotel food was excellent and staff were very kind and helpful nothing too much trouble, can highly recommend

A lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring Venice. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and beautiful decor. The breakfast area had plenty of choice. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again :)

Foscari is very clean and in a easy to get at spot from the train station. It doesn't matter where you go in Venice by boat its pricy. Good shopping and food all around. The after dark visit to St. Marcs was great, and well worth it!

Room was very spacious nice and clean. The bathtub/shower in the bathroom needs an update. Shower head sprayed water everywhere even when repositioning, so bathroom floor was wet every time after use.

Great location. Rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked great! The included breakfast was good. The staff wasn’t all that friendly compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip, but they were still nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Having booked a water taxi from the airport to the hotel beforehand and having received confirmation, there was no taxi upon arrival. Water taxi was also booked for a return trip upon checking a day before departure was informed no taxis are available due to the film festival. After letting them know of my disappointment a taxi was arranged however was charged more than what was communicated to me before the trip. This is not a 4 star hotel, it is in need of refurbishment, staff are not particularly helpful. Would not recommend to anyone.

Affordable luxury!
Wow! when they said canal view, they weren't kidding! For a very reasonable price, we had an enormous room with two balconies, a great view, and a comfy, restful sleep. It,s close to the water bus stop and the gondola ferry, and even has its own dock so water taxis can pick you up and drop you off. An amazing rooftop deck for sunset drinks tops it off. I would stay there again.

This was a very quaint hotel in Venice, in close proximity to eateries and shopping. The Superior room was extremely small, but accommodating. The staff was helpful and courteous. I enjoyed sitting in the back of the hotel on the canal and enjoying the water and scenery. This hotel is perfect for scenery and relaxation.

We had a terrible experience at this property. I reserved 3 night from 8/16 to 8/19, 2024.You have to take a water bus to reach the hotel. The hotel is nicely located near St Marks with nearby restaurants and shops. But, it's a very old building lacking maintenance. I saw two bed bugs on my bed, and the bugs bite me at night when I was sleeping. The bed bugs are as big as a lady bug. I recorded videos and took pictures of the bugs and showed them to the front desk next morning around 6:30am. The staff and manager are very polite and nice. They offered me refund since we decided to leave the hotel. I regret that I did not read google review of this hotel before booking. There are several complains of bed bugs this year. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are ok with bed bugs.
