The staff was helpful and friendly. Do not forget that there is no reception, and that you have to communicate with them in advance to get the door codes. Will go there again

Family room for 4 while it can barely fit for 2 persons! No table to put stuff in the room! No place to walk, bathroom too small with no hangers for the towels… don’t take a family room there!!!! You will be stucked in a small area with no space to feel comfortable …

Tricky check in, otherwise great stay.
The checking in process was a bit cumbersome. There was a portal we needed to use, but never got the right link. I believe it's because the number in their system didn't match ours specifically the +1 for usa. So needed to reach out to do hotel by WhatsApp, luckily we did that on the train to Venice. The location, rooms, price and price level were great.

The room wasn’t big enough to be considered a family room that can fit 4 people. The ac had a strong mold smell and it stops working suddenly which is really annoying when it happens in the middle of the night. The little fridge in the closet had a loud noise and you cannot pull the electric cord out of the socket. And it makes the closet very hot. The bathroom had one hook for one body towel and no rail for the hand towel which made it hard for the four of us to hang our towels ( was very inconvenient). Nadia from the housekeeping was very nice and friendly. But the housekeeping manager who i didn’t happen to meet but we just talked over the phone before checking in wasn’t nice at all. She was yelling at me over the phone when i tried to understand the difference in fees she was asking me to pay compared to the fees that were on my invoice from expedia. The breakfast was good. Basic but for us more than enough. The area is nice. 25 minutes walk to san marco. And 10 minutes walk from the train station.

Lovely hotel, very clean and spacious room. Check-in was a bit unconventional, but the hotel was very responsive to emails and WhatsApp which made it in the end straight forward. The provided breakfast is nicely presented and absolutely sufficient to start the day. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel never responded to my emails and never read and reply the chat on the booking site. Not just on the day of our stay. For several days I had been sending several times. Expedia tried hard to contact this hotel to resolve the issue but ultimately the hotel never sent me an entry code.(With the help of Expedia they finally sent me the web check-in URL the same night. I entered it, but this hotel did not send me an entry code.) So I rushed to find another hotel. The hotel doesn't contact me, but treats it as a no-show cancellation. They are only checking that kind of information, but they didn’t send me the code at all.
