This hotel is located in the center of Venice, a 10 minute walk from both the airport shuttle and train station. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers!

Great value hotel in an excellent location - near the train station and down a quiet side road. It's a very basic hotel - no lift, two single beds pushed together, no kettle. Room did have air con. Overall very happy and staff were friendly.

This property just needs a bit more renewal. The staff were very nice and helpful, but the property itself needs a little upkeep. I will say though that the location is amazing because you don't have to go too far from the train terminal with your luggage and there is a supermarket nearby.

Frankly speaking, the room was dirty and old, the building also. The ventilation fan was really noisy when working. And the rent was not low. I stayed there for two nights. It makes me disappointed.

We had a good stay at his hotel. Room was a bit small bathroom very small. No elevator as there were four of us we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs, no help was offered by the staff.

Good stay
We were very comfortable and although we shared two bathrooms on our floor, we were always able to use one when needed. There was someone on our floor who smoked although that is against the rules.

Our room was very cute but also very small. Generally everything felt pretty clean except for the blankets. The location is so convenient as it’s just a 4 minute walk from the train station and it’s very close to lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store and post office.
