Great Hotel in a beautiful place.
We stayed at the Hyatt Centric foe our last night in Italy. We were worried about the water taxi to and from. We emailed ahead and the staff told us exactly which water taxi to take and what connections to make. They also helped us figure out our water taxi out. They went out of their way to help us. We had dinner at the restaurant and had a another amazing glass of wine at the bar! Would very much recommend staying here.

Room was clean. All but one receptionist were polite and very helpful with free shuttle to the airport. I had my emails to back me up . The first wanted 40 euros but I said I had a free shuttle. She said their policy had changed. Not true. I waited until her shift ended and asked another. Everything else was hassle free. Great restaurant recommendations. Water taxies at your doorstep. Would definitely stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel.. Staff not helpful they give incomplete or wrong information. Expensive for what you get… room poorly done they give you only one bed and one couch with a blanket consider as a bed and a twin bed that is really a cot.

Overall was a nice hotel in a beautiful location. Only thing was we believe my wife’s shoes were stolen by one of the cleaning staff. Unfortunately did not have enough time to investigate further or file a proper complaint as our stay was short.
