This property has a good location and that made it easy to get around Venice and felt like a safe area. It was adequate for a few nights stay in Venice where we weren't in our hotel for very long each day. The front desk does have limited hours but overall was sufficient. The rooms need upgrading and the lamps didn't work. Overall I wouldn't recommend this or stay here again but it was sufficient for our stay. We didn't need anything fancy and it was a decent price (still overpriced for what it was) but overall it was fine and I felt safe being there.
An old hotel that could do with some maintenance and repairs, but it was fairly clean. Very inconvenient power outlet locations in the room as well.

Great location - walkable to all attractions. Friendly staff. The room was clean, with a private bathroom. It's a basic hotel and room. No elevator. There were a few items in the room with loose screws (chair seat, toilet seat, shower pole), which can be dangerous - my finger got caught under the chair seat. Suggest to make these simple fixes.

Nice location, walkable to the nice spots of Venice! The hotel is old and has a moldy smell. The stairs are steep to get all your luggages up to your room, be mindful of this if you have mobility issues or with many bags. The young man receptionist is welcoming.
The hotel is very well located and the check-in was very quick and easy. The toilets were nice and clean. The only downside were lack of air conditioning in the very hot august evenings.
It was really a bad experience, the place was awful, second floor no elevator, got injured when I slipped in the shower with no handle to grab whatsoever, we left to another hotel 1 day before, and have to pay again.

Good location, poor breakfast and average service. Room not cleaned in 5 days .
A very basic room at a very good price. Bed, table, chair, private bath, all very clean. Helpful staff accommodated an early check-in and let me leave my bag on the last day. Outstanding location in the middle of the city. Would certainly return.
No soap, no television, no hot water. Bathroom fixtures falling apart. Would not recommend

Location was good. The room was relatively clean but there was a weird smell when you first come in and it was pretty dark. Very basic, not much in the room. No AC, but the fan worked well. No elevator, so you have to go up the stairs which are pretty narrow. Wi-Fi works only on the first floor. The staff were OK.

Advice for improvement
The location was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.
No elavator.
No WiFi in the room. It was very hard. After a long day we got there. We wanted to email our family we had to stay in the lobby. Only in the lobby you have WiFi. It was inconvenient. Venice has a lot of bugs. There wasn’t any screen on any windows. I got a lot of bug bites. It’s was very clean but not up to date. Old looking.

Good for a short trip
We stayed for only a night, it is a 1 star hotel and that is what you get, but it is a good 1 star. The place is a little bit away from the main tourist area but there are plenty of places to see and eat within a 5 min walk. Recommend for a short trip and if the weather isn’t too hot as there is no aircon as you would expect for the price.

Ok for the price we paid.
If you don't care about fancy this might be for you. The rooms are out dated not flash and small, house keeping is good which matters. For the price l can't complain because we just needed a room to sleep as we were out all day and night. It's close to water taxi's (10min) walk and restaurants are a few steps away. Approx 20min walk from the main train station. We went on a budget and we got it.
The location was fantastic, roughly 10 minutes walk to rialto bridge however it was quiet and not in an overly touristy area. There are a lot of cafes around for breakfast and coffee, so we did not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Overall a great location, and a very quaint hotel
