The NH hotel is in the perfect location, right next to the Venice train station. I was so thankful not to have to drag my luggage throughout Venice.
Massimiliano greeted us at the front desk when we arrived. He was super nice and helpful. We went to him on several occasions with tourist type questions which he graciously answered. THANK YOU sir!
The hotel itself is very nice and stylish in the lobby. Our room was nice, the bathroom was decent size. The only negative was we had a terrible view. We saw ally rooftops and construction. For over $500 dollars US, I hoped for something a little better. Good news, we were only in the room to sleep.
We loved our time in Venice!
We were recieved warmly and efficiently. Staff answered our questions thoroughly. Room was very comfortable, spacious and easy to access. We didnt eat here, but the meals looked delicious and the dining area elegant. The waiting area has iced water and lounging chairs. We came from the train station and it was a short walk to the hotel. From the hotel, shopping and food was close by. Tickets for water transportation was near. So nice to arrive, put luggage away and head into town. Oh, the also kept our bags after check in until we were ready to leave Venice.

When can we move in? We loved everything about the hotel. For the price the room was perfect and the location made it so easy to get to from the train. We loved the staff that helped us and would recommend to any friends looking for a place to stay in Venice
Front desk clerk was very rude. She argued with me about my reservations. She insisted that I had changed my reservation from the day before. I told her I made my reservation on the train over there. She had pulled up the wrong file. Room was unbearably hot. Waited 3 hours with no relief. Asked for a fan. She looked down her nose at me and said I was wrong. Temperature was fine. She had not been to the room. Maintenance man came up and said I should request another room. New male desk clerk was equally rude and disrespectful to me. I checked out after 4 hours of Hellish environment. Went to another hotel.
Property was not discribed. No laundry, room was very unsafe with no shower door the floor was soaked causing falls and slipprey floors for a disabled person. Blow dryer was broken, towel warmer not working, no tissue in klenex box, rough toilet paper,felt like they shoved us in the back of the hotel we called it the "expedia" section. Did not feel we were part of the hotel but rather the maids quarters. Very disappointed for the price. No ammenities at all and check in staff not very friendly.
