I would not recommend to anyone because of the unaccomodating staff and customer service. They don't know how to be flexible and understanding with their customers. I will never stay at this facility where customers are not being taken care of.

Save for some “Road House” restaurant, there is nothing out here. If you want to walk to the Meatre Square it’s about 25 and you will walk part of that stroll parallel to a high way. Stay closer to the train station and bus stop the Plaza, or Best Western. Their AC does not work.

Worth a visit.
Great hotel. Easy parking onsite, great breakfast and nice pool. Staff were excellent and helpful. 10 min walk and then 15 min bus to Venice. Runs all day and evening. Would highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and smart, reception staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and useful for the kids as got very hot. The bar and restaurant staff were not so friendly and didn’t feel welcome especially at breakfast when all the staff looked really fed up and super speedily whisked the breakfast away as soon as possible. We had an ant infestation in our room because of food left under the bed from previous guests, the first day we arrived. I think we were unfortunate and generally the hotel was good and perfect with kids.

The staff are useless, very impolite and unhelpful. I got sick my first night and late at night asked if they could arrange for some emergency medicines. They just said no. There was no public transport available around anywhere close to the hotel and I was left helpless. The bar staff while nice but overworked, there was one bartender serving the restaurant and the swimming pool, took me 25 minutes to buy a bottle of water.

We was a great hotel stay. Hotel looked clean and modern. The air-conditioning worked. They had rentable umbrellas. The restaurant and drinks were wonderful at normal prices. The breakfast was great. They had fruit, bread assortment, sweet assortment, eggs, bacon sausage and great coffee. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and requests. They were also very pleasant. Highly recomend this hotel at this location. I would love to return.

Will suggest to friends and family for sure . But was not happy with vegetarian options and a single water bottle was given only on the first day which I feel is the basic necessity . I would prefer the water should be available for free .
