This property was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating! They were helpful, kind, knowledgeable and made our experience fantastic. The breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend staying at this hotel - we can’t wait to come back again!

Hotel is stunning and staff were all amazing. Food was delicious. The only thing to watch out for is they do not allow more than 2 to a room. We had to purchase 2 rooms but weren’t given the option to choose two rooms or a family suite. The family suite was at least $500 more per night than booking 2 rooms.

There is only good things to say about this hotel, walking distance to St Marks. The design is fabulous, comfortable, spotlessly clean. I love the Hamman Suite with not just 1 but 2 balconies.. this hotel will be the reason to revisit Venice
