Great location in Venice just north of St Marks square and central to most of Venice by foot. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the concierges. It is a busy hotel with tour groups

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful with directions, porters to the Rialto, and water taxis. The restaurant and bar area had great food and service. Def recommend!

Location was terrific. Hotel favors needs of tour groups staying there over needs of individual travelers. Breakfast was a disaster due to large tour groups taking over space preventing staff from attending to other travelers. Not enough waitstaff to maintain buffet, bring coffee, etc. Rooms were noisy making it difficult to get a good night sleep. Outdoor deck on top floor was pleasant when it was available.

The room and bathroom were beautiful. The only criticism I have is majority of electrical outlets did not work. We could not use the coffee machine and had to share the one functioning outlet to charge all our phones. Staff was great and the breakfast was plentiful and great!

The Hotel is a great location near the Rialto bridge about 5min walk from the water bus stop. If you want a Gondola there was one that picked up next to the Hotel The room was as described and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature The bed was comfortable and everything about the room was of a high standard We used the roof bar that had great views and a good place for pre dinner drinks Breakfast was the only disappointment as getting a coffee was a challenge and arrived after we had eaten on both days, however a minor niggle We would definitely recommend this hotel
