Unfortunately, we came to sleep before taking off at the airport. The next day we needed to get up at 4:30 to make our plane. Website on Expedia advertise as free shuttle service to and from the airport when I arrived, I found out this was not true. Disappointment number one. Disappointment number two this was the night of their company party in which they played very loud techno music way past 11 o’clock. I attempted to contact the front desk numerous times, but they were all too busy partying. Maybe if it was a different day this would have been a great hotel stay but for the purpose of why we were there to get a good nights sleep before flying home. I must rate it extremely poor. As for cleanliness, it seemed fine small room. They had a change of room to get us as far away from the noise as possible, but even with earplugs in it was still registered in 85 dB in our room.

Shuttle is not included in the price
I only stayed one night due to connecting flights, so I didn't take advantage of all the services. The location is excellent, close to the airport, and the cleanliness and space were more than enough. I'm not giving it 5 stars because on the website and in the communications they didn't clarify that the shuttle service was charged separately. It's always cheaper than a taxi, but keep in mind that you have to pay for it.

I really enjoy coming here! I usually stay here before going home but next time i think i'll come here to both arrive and leave! The staff are always so kind, and they are available at any time of the day or night to help! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as soon as i get here- i go straight to sleep! Thank you♡

Nice hotel close to Venice airport. Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The food in the bar and restaurant was very good. The manager kindly packed some warm breakfast rolls for us to take with us, even though the restaurant was not yet open due to our early departure.

The staff was very friendly, who worked at the hotel portion. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel which was very good. Breakfast was fantastic I especially loved the pistachio croissants. The beds were very comfortable. It was very helpful to have a shuttle pick us up from the airport and back again.

I’m normally weary about airport hotels but since this hotel had opened recently - within the last two years - I took the chance so we could easily catch our flight at VCE via their airport shuttle in the morning. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the airport shuttle isn’t complimentary however, which I’ve find hotels are junk costing to guests nowadays - €15? Nonetheless, the hotel was very clean; had a lift; the hot water was endless; and breakfast was probably the best €10 I’ve ever spent. The hostess made us fresh pancakes and really made us feel at home. The best breakfast I had in Veneto to be honest. I hope they’ll be able to maintain these standards in the coming years.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. We were just staying overnight after a cruise. We got in early and they let us check in early. The hotel manager explained how to get into Venice on the bus, and had the hotel van take us to the bus stop, and picked us up afterwards. The restaurant was great, with lots of locals eating there.

Pleasantly surprised upon arrival, 2 years old, new, clean and convenient to the airport (5 minutes & 15 EURO). Inside restaurant was packed and hopping with conversation, nice associates. I was able to order food and drinks to bring back to the room.
