The location was perfect for access to La Fenice. The Accademia bridge was also easy walking distance as was San Marco. The staff was super helpful. Our room was pretty small and that is the only negative.

The hotel was decent overall. The room was small and a bit dark, but it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was nice. The location was fantastic, and we received a 10% coupon for dinner at the nearby da Raffaele restaurant, which was outstanding. We were pleased with our stay.

Great location. A bit confusing on how to get to it due to the water transit system. But we made it and it was fantastic. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Great breakfast buffet.

Stayed here after getting off cruise ship. Literally 150 feet from water bus stop to front door- can’t get lost! The airport shuttle also at the same stop every 1/2 hour. Can’t beat it for convenience and ease of using their transit system.

Beware of this hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and one of us got bed bug bites from the beds. I reached out to the hotel the day after we checked out and went to see a physician after we had returned home and received no response.
