Very helpful staff. Great location near pier and beach. Breakfast ok, but weak coffee and no gluten free bread. Website said rooms have microwave, but didn’t. Staff brought a microwave though! Bed was uncomfortable and noisy because of the metal around the base.

Our Stay at Best Western at Ventura Pier
For the most part, everything was great. We had two rooms, with a total of three adults and three kids. The kids really enjoyed using the pool. There were just a couple of things that could have been better. There appeared to be something that turned the bottoms of everyones’ feet black (new flooring?). However, it easily came off in the shower, Also, the shower curtain could have been longer; it barely reached into the tub, so you had to be very careful. They had a good selection of things for breakfast, and they changed some offerings up a bit the second day, but I would have liked to have regular, cooked oatmeal rather than packages of instant oatmeal. The rooms were spacious and parking was easy.

A little pricey for one night but really comfortable, ac was great, overall enjoyed our stay! Also the blackout curtains are legendary! Slept so good!

I loved this place as it had all the cleanliness and comfortability you could ask for. Just one thing, it’s directly next to railroad tracks and for some reason late last night the railroad decided to do construction on the tracks which woke me up. I don’t understand why they decided that was a good idea at midnight!

Great staff!
Perfect hotel for a pet friendly getaway. Breakfast was free and was more than just a contential, meaning it included hot food.Free parking and free internet service. Good location, excellent customer service. Couldn't ask for anything more in a motel type setting. I would definitely stay there again.
