This is a hostel, not a hotel
This business should not be listed as a hotel, as it is a hostel with substandard conditions. We paid for a "Superior Triple Room" with a balcony, and were assigned a room that only had 2 uncomfortable beds and no balcony to speak of. When we tried to open the curtains, the curtain rod came crashing down, and the window flew open. The only way we could secure it shut was to use a strap from our own suitcases. Had we not done this, we would not have felt safe sleeping there at night or leaving our belongings in the room during the day. Our toilet seat came off the toilet entirely, and the toilet would not flush until we went across the street and purchased a bucket, which we had to fill with water from the shower. The power went out multiple times, so we were forced to take freezing cold showers, and the shower always overflowed. The quality and quantity of the towels were very poor, and the linens did not seem clean. There were no hangers available to hang our things. They advertise WiFi, but the connection was so weak that we could not use it. The most telling aspect of this visit was the fact that we saw an employee in the lobby wearing a "Hostel Porto Salvador" shirt. Exactly. This is not a hotel. It is an overpriced hostel.

Ripped off
Paid for most expensive room at highest rate and then given cheapest hostel room and told no other rooms available to change. When asked for reimbursement was told owner wasn't around and staff not authorised to repay. Eventually had to threaten going to police and staff reimbursed 3/4 from their own savings. Think owner was intentionally overbooking and hoping we would just move on. Thank god his staff showed more humanity.

This place is not worth the price.... Not by far that is. True, it's the World Cup and everything is overpriced, but this hotelroom is at the most worth 1/5th of what we had to pay! Nothing nice about this place, so I'd say: Just don't go there....!

Hotel bem localizado na Barra.
A viagem foi de casal. Pontos positivos: A escolha do Hotel foi por estar situado na Barra e nos surpreendeu positivamente pois é muito perto da praia de banho mais frequentada. O acesso a bares, restaurantes é excelente. Ficamos hospedados no quarto 101, tamanho muito bom, possui uma sacada. Importante destacar que o hotel não é frente pra praia, fica em uma rua lateral. A limpeza foi realizada todos os dias. Pontos negativos: O hotel não oferece toalha para praia. O ramal do quarto não funciona e a recepção informou que passaram por uma reforma e vários quartos ficaram sem a linha telefônica em funcionamento. Sobre o café da manhã, nos decepcionou. Ficamos 7 dias e as opções foram praticamente as mesmas: salgados assados e bolos que eram típicos de panificadora. No mais, tinha ovos mexidos, pães e frutas como abacaxi, melão, melancia e banana. Sentimos falta de ter a opção de pedir na hora, como tapiocas, omeletes. E também sanduíches naturais, torta de frango. O horário de funcionamento é de 7h às 10h e o espaço é pequeno para o porte do hotel. Sugestão: O café da manhã deveria iniciar pelo menos 6h30m; isso porque as agências de passeios marcam para buscar os turistas por volta de 7h30m nos hotéis. E sentimos que precisamos comer rapidamente para ficarmos prontos.

Bom custo x beneficio.
Gostei do custo x benefício, boa localização, cama confortável, ar condionado, TV e chiveiro elétrico funcionando muito bem. Quarto está precisando de uma pintura, entretanto NÃO tem cheiro de mofo, que é algo muito importante pra mim! Café da manhã legal. Ponto ruim: não tem estacionamento, entretanto tem um estacionamento rotativo muito próximo que pagamos R$ 40,00 a diaria.

Estadia bem gostosa, muito próximo a praia. Quarto de tamanho bom. Café da manhã também bom, poderia aumentar a variedade de pães. À recepção muito educada. Como sugestão ao hotel, pensar em alguma forma de permitir que os hóspedes lavem os pés, retirando a areia, antes de entrar no hotel.
