Realität und Anspruch des Angebots fatal daneben
Es wurde ein Luxusapartment in einer Naturistensiedlung angeboten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Im Wohnraum gab es keine Toilette. Der Aufgang zum Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten , keine Geländer im gewendelten Aufgang. Bei der Frage nach Vollständigkeit der Küche fiel das Fehlen eines Behälters zum Kaffeebereiter auf, die dann mit Bildchen auf einem Handy wegen der mangelnden Kommunikation (englisch war angeboten worden) zur Identifizierung zur Auswahl als Ersatz angeboten wurde. Daraauf habe ich mich um eine Ersatzwohnung in der Nachbarschaft erfolgreich bemüht. Ich erfuhr, dass diese Anlage den schlechtesten Ruf in der Umgebung hat und durch Kampf von Naturisten mit überwiegend dort angesiedelten Nichtnaturisten praktisch ohne Leistung existierte.Ich fand keine Beschwerdemöglichkeit bei Fewo-direkt und der Besitzer des Apartments deutete mir an, mich bei der Dachorganisation VRBO zwecks Beschwerde zu melden.Dort wurde ich aufgefordert, Bilder zum Apartment und meiner Beschwerden zu liefern. Beim Zurückgang zur Wohnung (Anlage durch defekte Schlösser unversperrt) stellte ich fest, dass das Apartment (welches beim Verlassen nicht verschliessbar war) nun mit Eisenkette abgesperrt. Ich lieferte Aussenbilder , danach keine Kommunikation mehr mit VRBO möglich.
