My stay
The lobby is nice once you come in. The room is what I had an issue with. The air conditioner was leaking and since there was no carpet, it was slippery. I did not like that there was no safe in the room even though the site stated that a safe was in every room. The breakfast was great and so was lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The bakery section service was extremely slow and the waitress had to come and attend to me the two times I went to order something from the bakery section since the worker there was just standing there. After the second time, I no longer wanted to deal with her and would get something from outside the hotel for my son and I. The staff in the restaurant itself was wonderful and attentive. I would recommend Thursday night as they have a live performance.

Expensive and busy. Not very customer friendly. They did not accommodate family members on the same floor rooms, even though it was promised when booked.

The best things about this hotel are its location and the large pool (however the poolside bar is never open). The hotel needs a refresh. The furniture is quite worn and does not live up to IHG standards. However Lourdes and Ulysses were absolutely wonderful hosts/servers. Their bright smiles and excellent service made the stay special.
