First room smelled like pee and febreze, and the neighbors were fighting. Moved rooms, then about 1 AM cops had to remove one of the guests. Used Micheal’s shopping carts for luggage carriers. Avoid staying here.
Was a nice hotel i only had a problem with my tv didnt work n was told they would fix it n never did. Then for some reason the hot tub wasnt working never got answer why.
When we first arrived and received our room there was a stale, musty smell in the room. We masked it with sunscreen but it never went away. We didn't need the sunscreen because the pool and hot tub were never opened or usable. Nightstaff didn't know if the pool would open, "day staff doesn't share with me that information " and day staff didn't know could be "a couple or few days". Then when we checked our room to leave, someone elses socks under the bed. My mistake should have checked before I booked.
First room the sheets weren’t on the bed, comforter was piled up in a corner. Second room bed was unmade, towels on the floor of bathroom. Staff apologized profusely, upgraded my room. Trash can in lobby was clearly outside for a long time, covered in bird poop.
