Situated on a busy street and intersection with constant traffic surrounding our room. Clean and spacious, good amenities in the lobby and attached restaurants. Bit of a task walking getting to nearby groceries, etc.

I booked through Expedia and I always find when you book with a booking site they give you the worst room. It was across from the stairway and it smelled like an ashtray. My daughter and I were hit by a wave of cigarette smell as soon as we opened the door.They tried to cover it up witn Air freshner, awful. I immediately went down to the front desk and apparently they had no idea of smell or that the room had definitely been smoked in. I refused to stay in it and I was given a different room but it took some doing. The hotel was quiet and seemed pretty clean overall but I don't think it's right to pass off a terrible smelling room to someone just for using a booking site. And as I said this isn't the first time a hotel has done this, guess l have to book with them direct from now on.

Bathroom was lovely and the wall units of shampoo, etc. was excellent and very eco saving on packaging. Loved the body wash. The beds were a bit on the firm side though. Checkin was very easy.

Our room was beside the maintenance room and it was very noisy. The front staff person was not at the front for check in, or check out. Had to wait about 10 minutes.

Very reasonable price , bed was comfortable and pizza in joining restaurant was awesome Front desk staff was not very welcoming when checking us in but maybe she just had a bad day.
