Checkout is 11 am Locked out of my room at 10. Reception just repeated over and over here's new keys but didn't answer my question why? I had just left the gym and was needing a shower. The elevator is always busy and painfully slow so not being able to get to my room after the gym going to get new keys back and forth was annoying. Also I went to the in hotel restaurant and the hostess was tending to a large group in the front of the hotel. The dining area where I was had no one. The cook came out and said the host should be here soon I waited 10 min gave up and left

Nice new facility which appears to be poorly maintained. Tv didn’t work when we got to the room. Ended up having to program it myself in order to work the tv. Shower is incredibly weak and leaks badly. The side of the sink still has construction materials on it which makes me question the cleanliness. Front desk staff did nothing at all when it was mentioned.
