Property was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Sheets smelled overly of bleach Tub had hair from previous use Not a fan of lugging bags up to room from parking lot (no elevator) this was very inconvenient for a single woman The card reader on the door was not working properly, very frustrating

We made reservations here, but actually cancelled them once we got there. The hotel was rough and very rundown on the outside. Bathrooms in the suites were TINY. The staff was incredibly accommodating and processed our cancellation no problem.
