The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very well kept, we loved that it had a fridge, microwave and kitchen area. Also used the washer/dryer. Everyone was nice and the breakfast had many options.

Wonderful stay
Love Home2Suites, and this one is no exception. The only thing I wish management would change is the use of disposable dishes for breakfast. The staff there was attentive and friendly, and the property was immaculate.

We evacuated to Vero Beach because hurricane Milton. The accommodations were perfect as they are pet friendly. The staff was so accommodating and tried to make us comfortable during a very stressful time. The room was very adequate and we were amazed we had practically a full kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay at a Home 2 Suites again.

After recent stay, noticed $35 charge after check out. Was charged for towels they claim were missing. We did not take any towels from the hotel. The manager, Hector, refused to remove the charge. No guest of a Hilton property should have to count the towels at check-in. Will never stay there again!

Terrible stay I wish it was better
We’re bracing for a hurricane to arrive in Florida. I called prior. The woman said I could check in early. I got there and the room was not ready till about 3:15. The room was beautiful clean. I had to check out. I stayed for one day, the ninth to the 10th canceled the 10 to the 11th Because the hotel lost power at about 12 o’clock midnight. I was not able to take a shower in the morning make coffee nothing the stairwells did not have emergency lighting. I almost fell down the stairs twice cause I was up on the third floor and I had to carry my stuff down with my dog. I asked the manager and he said that the security back up lighting was battery operated, and the batteries were dead. They did put a little lantern on the second landing, but it wasn’t bright enough for the landing going down to the first floor, which had most stairs so this was not an enjoyable stay. And the beds are actually terrible in this beautiful hotel and also the blanket that was on the bed was a horrible material. I don’t even know how they could call it a blanket.
