We loved our room, but we loved the staff even more. We didn't intend to be the "guests from hell", but as we prepared to depart - thanks to Virginia for helping with our luggage- we couldn't find the keys to our rental car. Yikes! I don't know what we would have done without their help. They spent an incredible amount of time helping us to find a solution- all while keeping a positive attitude and keeping us from freaking out. It all worked out in the end; we hired a driver to take us to Venice and the keys were eventually found. Big adventure for us, big headache for them. The room could not be in a better location- we walked to every attraction. Would definitely recommend- just hang on to your car keys!

This is a lovely room. Lots of history. They’ve paid attention to every detail to make you comfortable. We would highly recommend. Be aware getting a taxi is a bit challenging but nothing the office can’t help you with. Also, if climbing stairs is an issue this might not be a good option as there are stairs to climb with luggage. Otherwise it’s really nice!

The property is tucked away in a very central location. It was very convenient for walking to restaurants, bars, shops and attractions. The property is a bit dark inside, which I suppose is quite nice when the weather gets hotter.

The best place to stay in verona, 1 min walk to juliet house, 2 min walk to piazza del erbe and piazza signori, the staff excellent, the room was beautiful, clean, please if you go to verona stay here, you will not regret it.
