Very satisfied.
This is the second time we have stayed here and it was another very good stay. Staff are excellent, the room is spacious and has the benefit of being a dog friendly hotel. Overall a positive stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem - located in a shopping mall, it’s facade doesn’t do it justice. Great staff, very good buffet restaurant for meals if you don’t want to drive into Logrono, and underground parking with elevator access to your floor. Only downside is finding it...try Google maps instead of using hotel name because we had two conflicting results on two iPhones, but when you find it you’ll be delighted.

A welcome night's sleep
We went to stay at this hotel because we had a horrible camping experience when participating in the Batalla de Vino - we could not spend a second night with the holiday group we joined. The hotel was a welcome relief. We had nice meal there for not too much money, the most fantastic sleep, and also a good breakfast. It is not located in Logrono, it is in a commercial shopping centre, but travelling from there was easy. the staff were welcoming and efficient.

Very friendly, efficient staff at front desk. Good location with lots of free parkiing at the shopping center where hotel is located. Because of fall season, the air conditioning has been shut off. A bit uncomfortable because the heating system is on. Have to open windows to cool room, and this is very noisy. Also no hot water in the morning.

Last minute reservation
The hotel is located outside the city of Logrono. Strangely, it is located in a mall. You park in the mall parking lot. The breakfast is 8 euros/pp. You can go to the grocery store in the attached mall and pick up a few things for breakfast if you want to save some money. We got the room last minute using the hotels.com app. When we arrived, it was not yet registered in their system. They gave us 2 drink tickets to use at the bar while they sorted it out. We got a room upgrade. The room had a view of the parking lot. Very reasonably priced. Helpful staff that spoke English.
