It is also a few steps away from the courthouse, the renowned "Torrefranca" conservatory and the "Polisa" polytechnic. The house is equipped with many comforts such as the comfortable shabby sofa, which can also be converted into a comfortable sofa bed with a 14 cm high mattress, on which you can comfortably relax after a long journey and at the same time watch the smart TV also equipped with channels special subscription but free for kind guests. There are 2 air conditioners to heat you in winter and regenerate you from the heat in summer. Towels and sheets are provided for each new guest.
