Compare Ski Hotels in Vichy

Good location with friendly staff. Limited bar opening times. The hotel is a little tired but we slept well as noise levels were low.

My staying in this hotel was amasing. The service was excellent, the personnel was ready to help you at any moment. I had a room with an excellent view. I enjoyed my week -end there

Very nice hotel, apartment room with 2 spacious bedrooms was perfect for our stay.

Hotel has seen better days. Properly is outdated. One female waitress was excellent in the evening, had an attitude that she is talking to equals. The male waiters and reception employee had an arrogant attitude, although everyone was polite. I speak fluently French but with an accent, maybe that was the reason. Or the fact that we are a gay couple just resonated badly. The morning staff at breakfast and checkout were however excellent, warm and caring, giving a feeling that they genuinely care.
