I stayed on the first floor, and I heard everybody walking up and down the tile flooring. The doors aren’t sealed so I can see light all the way around the door.

Old world feel, but cozy. Only spent two nights. Wanted to be able to spend all of our time at Butchard Gardens. Funky diner across the street for breakfast.

Clean, basic but expensive for what it is
vert basic hotel but with really comfy bed. Super clean, but no amenities at all, and a TV that worked sporadically. My window overlooked a car rental back alley :(

We had the room next to the car wash for the rental car agency that they run out of the hotel. Enough said..... The facility was in excellent shape and the exterior didn't reflect what was inside. We enjoyed our stay and the staff. For the price, we would stay here again.

Could not quite get the temperature right. The air conditioner did not seem to work as it should. And there was no remote control for ther tv. All in all it was fair service. I would stress they pay attention to smaller details to improve the overall experience

The hallways and bathrooms were nice and recently renovated. The staff was nice and friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. There was no luggage rack or place to store suitcase open while in room. The rooms could use a reno, ditch the carpet, and paint. Room was half in basement, so view was just a car's tires. Door lock kept alarming every time i left the room, unclear how to make it stop, door was locked.
