We were only in Victoria for one night for a wedding. We weren’t able to check in early but they were kind enough to give us a parking pass. We actually got 4 towels, sounds silly but I always have to call to get the fourth for our 4 person family! Very big, clean room but so much empty space they could’ve added a small table and two chairs plus another dresser. Mattresses were both uncomfortable. I would stay here again hoping for a room with better mattresses!

The room is clean and spacious. Although there are no elevator, it’s manageable enough. If your room is on the 3rd floor, it’s easier to get there from the front lobby.

Great place
The hotel was convenient and walkable to cafes and restaurants. Free parking was great. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Our room had a kitchenette, table and pull out sofa with seperate bedroom. The AC was cold perfect for the warm weather. Front desk people were nice and friendly.

Located in an area with a lot of drug use. Second night we had to go out and tell a pot smoker not to blow his smoke into our air conditioner inlet, on the third floor. The room we were in was in very good condition though.

I got burnt by the showers and gaslighted when I told the front desk, you could hear everything from a toliet flush to people walking back a forth. There was a big crack in the ceiling and gab underneath the door which made it very cold at night. I would never stay here again. We paid way too much for what it actually is.
