Hotel Zed had very helpful staff, the restaurant was great, and the pool area was fun for the kids. The only negative issue we noticed was the walls seemed a bit thin, as it was very easy to hear conversations from other guests outside our room, and which late at night isn’t ideal. Good stay overall though.

I had a great stay here, the room (and just the overall area) was superb with the decor and it was so clean/tidy upon arrival. The staff were incredibly friendly as well which is always appreciated, thanks for an amazing stay!

The hotel was fantastic!! The staff were amazing!! Lots of activities to do; free bicycle rental, pool, slide, hot tub, sauna, campfire, pool table and various games! The retro look is so amazing!! The hotel is located near all amenities you need! Very close to downtown and other great areas! Door Dash is available for pretty much any restaurant you want! I travel a lot but I have to say that Hotel Zed has the best staff! Super friendly, from the front desk, to cleaning staff. They have security staff and cameras. I felt really safe. I’m definitely staying at Hotel Zed on my next trip to Victoria!!

Took my family here for vacation and they loved the vibe of the decor and the friendliness of the staff. Took advantage of the free rental bikes (which comes with helmet and lock) and got to explore the waterfront. Delicious breakfast at the restaurant on-site.

We visited for our daughter's wedding. The staff was amazing and helped us solve a few problems. They offered additional space for the bridesmaids to get ready and were so helpful! I recommend Zed hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay with wonderful staff!

I was “upgraded” to a cellar room with a window at sidewalk level. It was dank and creepy, with only one unoccupied neighbouring room. I was a woman travelling alone, and the area and the room itself felt unsafe. Luckily, when I spoke with the front desk she was kind and refunded my room. But, I would suggest being proactive and recognizing that single women should not be placed in such an unsafe room.
