We where booked on floor level 2, which we found out was a pet floor after the fact by a staff member. I love dogs but not barking all night!!! We talked to front desk in the evening about a dog barking continually, and he assured us it was taken care of. That night it barked all night keeping us awake. The manager is useless, if you stay here do not stay on floor 2 . Or dont stay a all. And they will not do anything to help you other than lie about it!! We stay in hotels all over the world and this was one of the worst front desk people we have come across.

Lovely hotel in a great location
The staff were very welcoming and the property is very well maintained. The pool area did have an aroma of chlorine. The kids enjoyed it all the same.
