I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken by this experience. I was in the middle of a desperate domestic violence situation and tried to show the manager on duty my active restraining order that had been violated. I needed to leave immediately for my safety. The room had already been paid for, but because I only had my father’s credit card with me (different from the one on the reservation), they refused to let me check in. I pleaded with them, explaining the danger I was in, but they showed no compassion or understanding. The manager said the reservation would be refunded, but when I contacted Hotels.com, they said the hotel refused to issue it. I paid for a room I was never allowed to use, during a time when I truly needed a safe place. This experience added more trauma to an already terrifying situation. I am devastated by the lack of empathy and support shown during a moment when I needed it most..

Clean, spacious and well equipped room. We enjoyed the pool, the water was warm enough and clean. Lori at the front was nice and accommodating! The housekeeping staff were nice too. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended hotel.

Stayed at several places in Victorville before settle in on this. The best place to stay in Victorville. I come here regularly for work. The surrounding feels safe and it is very close to highway and restaurants.

Lori was amazing. Well checking in her sense of humor made us laugh and welcome us home. From all the rooms that I have stayed in ,hands-down this one was the best. It wasn’t even a room. It was more like a condo , which was amazing. Had a wonderful time there we enjoyed every minute of it. Can’t wait to stay again.

I lived in Victorville for many years, moved to Arizona in 05, Found home to suites a few years ago and never left. As long as I feel safe I will continue to stay in your hotel. I travel alone to see my children and grandchildren. But I will not stay with them. Nina is a true delight always so friendly and always has a smile and a wonderful spirit. Another reason why I stay. Great people. Your maids are also very friendly and always offer. A smile and a nice word of encouragement. Such a great atmosphere.and awesome people. Thank you for making my stays comfortable and safe and welcoming. See you all next time

The hotel was excellent for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I asked to book another room for an additional family member. The girl at reception was very accommodating and friendly. Glad we chose this hotel as it was clean and they offered WiFi, breakfast, and gave us snacks upon arrival.

The staff was out of this world everybody at the front desk was so wonderful. I have a couple of I guess. Soft complaints number one. I feel that shower caps should automatically be put into the room. Your dispensers are lovely with all the shampoo conditioner motions but there need to be shower caps. Also, I have a huge issue with late check out this Particularly hotel had no late checkout, not even an hour or two at the front desk in the morning, the young lady blamed the fact that their short staff of housekeepers anyway other than that the room location for handicap people are wonderful.
