This welcoming 4-bedroom villa has great views over the lake at Vielsalm for a family of 8 persons. The villa has a private fenced furnished garden to lie down soaking up the sun, enjoy barbecue evenings, or play ball games.

The active vacationer won't get bored either. Hiking and mountain bike trails start from the house and the forest is 200 m away. The ski pistes are also very popular in winter. You will find the first ski slope at a 10 km distance. At 1 km, you will find the town center with supermarkets. The PlopsaCoo amusement park and the Coo waterfalls are only 16 km away.

Central heating keeps you cozy. From the living room, you can access the enormous south-facing garden through the large sliding doors. There is a lake in the garden to sit by watching the views and relaxing. For game fanatics, table tennis, table football, and billiards are a few of the options. A tumble dryer and a washing machine are there for laundry worries. Parking and bicycle storage is available.

Chouette endroit et superbe région.
Location dans le cadre d’un week-end sportif (VTT et rando). La propriétaire est charmante, serviable et reactive. La maison est propre, bien équipée même si elle commence à dater. Les installations sont en bon état. Le séjour est très cosy (1 partie canapés et TV et une partie canapés). La vue est juste fantastique. Il la zone est calme et peu bruyante. La Literie est correcte. Attention maison en 1/2 étages et donc pas adaptée à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Attention pour aller en ville: la maison est située dans les hauteurs et donc demande un effort pour aller à pieds dans les zones commerciales, mais bon le parking est facile. Bref c’est une belle expérience.
