The staff were not friendly or helpful in giving information. The hotel is far from the centre and the area around it is not very attractive. The hotel needs improvements and updating. Be careful when having a drink at the bar. A gin and tonic cost more than €30.

Christian the on duty manager was amazing. One of the best hotels (especially the bathroom). Quick responsive friendly service for everything we asked for.

Great hotel next to the Belvedere. Clean and spacious rooms. Location is convenient and walkable to the inner stadt . Would definitely stay there again when in Vienna.

The staff were nice and helpful, and the room’s were clean and spacious. The hotel is right in the middle of the city and it’s easily accessible by multiple modes of transport.

Check in staff was unaware of many issues. The room had hotel instructions that no longer existed as well as services no longer provided. The room floors smelled of urine and my room smelled of cigarette smoke. There was construction adjacent that was not disclosed. The restaurant was empty and the food was terrible while over priced.

We had a great stay at Austria Trend Savoyen. The staff were polite and the hotel was in excellent condition. Perfect location - outside the hussle and bussle of the centre, but a close 10 minute walk.
