Rooms are small however very clean and tidy. Beware of 1st floor rooms as it is above the kitchen’s restaurant and very smelly.

Great location, lovely room and hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Our only disappoiment is the pool area is very tiny and we could never find a chair, had to just swim and go back to our room. Besides that, our stay was terrific and we would come back again.

The room was nice. There are 3 restaurants. There is a rooftop pool but it is small and there were never any sunbeds free as all were occupied. Bar service was not great. The barman was inattentive and somewhat surly. Hotel is well situated and Vienna has a good public transport system. Museums are walkable from hotel or a short tram ride. Wifi was good and throughout all areas of hotel. No English tv channels.

Great location, spacious room, modern and clean
Brilliant hotel although I had a huge discount which made it much more affordable. Vienna prices seem to be quite high (and I’m from London). I wouldn’t have paid the original price. Room was spacious and well equipped although the bathroom/toilet set up was awkward. Breakfast over priced but hotel facilities in general were great. Restaurant downstairs was very good too.
