Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.

The hotel has all the all the amenities of a quality stay. The parking is convenient (28 Euros a night) and the breakfast was great with several options. The location was good for us as it was a 20 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus.

I had cash stored in the safety deposit box and I had noticed that a portion of it was missing after the first night of my stay. I reported this to the hotel manager but have not received any response nor resolution. Would not recommend trusting this hotel with security of property. Aside from this, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a decent selection of breakfast foods. Convenient location for walking and accessing public transportation.

Easy access to the tube -just across the road. The staff where very helpful The room was very clean, Super comfortable bed !! Need of more hooks in the bed room and shower room Plenty of hot water, Although not hot enough for me... Grundsätzlich ein tolles Hotel, aber meine Begeisterung hält sich in Grenzen. Das Frühstück war ein einziges Chaos. Wir sind zwar schon darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden, dass es Warteschlangen gibt. Damit kann man leben. Aber .... die Tische werden nicht gereinigt, die Abräumstationen waren voll (das gebrauchte Geschirr wurde teilweise auf dem Reception-Desk deponiert. Und niemand vom Personal in Sicht. Dass die Zimmerreinigung erst spät am Nachmittag stattfand, war ja noch akzeptabel. Die Person jedoch, welche die Betten gemacht hat, müsste dringend geschult werden. Mein 8jähriger Enkel macht das besser und sorgfältiger. Es war einfach unordentlich. Das Personal war aber nett und auch hilfsbereit. Bezüglich Ablauf und Organisation entstand der Eindruck, dass mit Ausnahme der Reception allesamt blutige Anfänger am Werk waren. - Irgendwie schade, denn das Hotel ist gut gelegen und trotz der übermässig kommunikativen Liftansagen irgendwie recht cool.

Unser Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung sowie auch das Zimmer waren super. Auch das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend. Es gab leider nur einen Mangel und das war das Personal an der Rezeption. Das Check In mit einem Mitarbeiter verlief super aber ansonsten wurde sehr langsam gearbeitet und als wir es eilig hatten wurden wir total genervt behandelt.
