The holiday house with 700 m² garden has a living area of approximately 65 m², which is divided into 2 rooms with 2 beds, 1 fully equipped kitchen with dining table and bathroom with corner bath and steam shower. On request, we can also provide our studio. This will have an additional room in the size of 25 m2, which is equipped with two single beds, chest, table, 5 chairs, satellite TV and a separate toilet. For your car is on the property a parking lot available! Close to the holiday house there are several supermarkets, medical offices, pharmacy, restaurant, public transport connections as well as the unique in Central Europe Auen National Park as one of the finest recreational areas in Vienna with kilometers of cycling and hiking trails, swimming and other sports. The optimal location of this holiday-house offers both the nature and the culture of Vienna. From here you can reach the most beautiful recreational areas of Vienna such. As the Danube Island and the Auen National Park on foot or by bike. For your theater and opera visits and sightseeing tours are by bus and metro in about 30 minutes in the center of Vienna. If the evening lasts longer then this is not a problem as the 24/7 bus will take you back to your holiday home.
