Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. I was woken up earlier than I would have liked because of this. The WI-FI was poor and I ended up using my data as a work-around.

Although not in the centre of Vienna, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Hofburg and other sites. The restaurants around the hotel are a little cheaper also because they aren’t on the tourist radar. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The hotel itself is very nice, the dining area in particular is well decorated. The breakfast was good, with muesli, fruit, hams and cheeses on offer as well as cooked eggs. My room was modern and clean, the bathroom had a slightly odd layout and the shower was a little grotty (not dirty but just typical discolouration in older showers). I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again if in Vienna.

Hotel was clean, confortable AND in a great location for transporting yo main touristic points. Perfect for a short stay where you only need a good place to hace a shower, sleep and start with a good breakfast. I recommend ir.

Charming building, very helpful multilingual staff, quiet at night, and some entertaining artwork on the walls. What more could you want? A yarn shop next door? It's there. A perfect place to stay.

Welcomed to be told "we're overbooked and someone's not going to be staying here". What an unpleasant statement to make to your guest when they arrive!! The room itself was clean and fine. Everything worked. Trams on the doorstep - very useful.

We had room 7, which is on the roadside so you can hear the trams. A little loud, but bearable. Main issue was the bathroom fan would come on with the light switch and would squeak rather high pitched for 3-5 minutes afterwards, even after turning the light off.

Nice hotel, good location
The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the town hall (and Christmas markets!). Hotel is very pretty inside, check in staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. A good base for a shopping trip with friends!

Hotel close to the university campus and tram stop directly in front of hotel.Good room size. Bathrooms require some modernising. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Shops and restaurants near by. ~25 min walk to centre of the city. However, all nearby shops are closed early on a Saturday and closed completely on Sunday.

Stayed there one night. Standard room not so clean but satisfied . Put our kids to sleep and when turned light on we saw bedbug on a pillow!!!!took another pillow and under was 2 more bedbags!!! Service changed our room and next room was clean even bathroom was cleaner. Anyway we could not sleep well after!!!

Decent for price
Best part of this hotel are the employees, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is actually on a second floor of an apartment building, which is kind of odd. The rooms were tight but OK. Our room had a lot of spider webs and towels were ripped and old. Also, the TV had no channels so it was a bit boring at night. However, the location is decent - 20min walk to center and there are few shops and fast food restaurants near the property. Overall, the rooms are OK for the price.

convenient and clean hotel
The nice staff helped me and my friend upgrade the room, and checked the heating before we check-in. It's a bit noisy outside since there is near tram station and crossroads.
