Loved the hotel and would have happily stayed longer! Gorgeous, modern, very convenient to both the airport and the trains into Vienna. Super clean, friendly service, awesome amenities. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and there used to be a signage at the Schwechat train station platform 1&2 . The signage used to clearly direct travelers to the airport hotel. The signage is now gone and if you take the wrong staircase from the underground station to the surface you will never find your way to the hotel! This is an airport hotel and in the morning people need to get to the airport on time. There is no wake-up service available at the hotel and there are no alarm clocks in the rooms! In case your mobile device's alarm doesn't go off for whatever reason you will miss your flight. Otherwise the rooms are okay for 1 night stay, reasonably clean, tiny bathrooms. It's in a very industrial area so not recommended for more than 1 night stay.

Such bad reviews so I just wanted to say… super convenient, clean, cool vibe, and comfortable beds. I had an overnight layover so walked over in the pm and back to the airport in the am. Was raining but didn’t even get a drop - covered walk all the way from terminal to hotel

Very convenient for airport. Walk to Terminal in approx. 10 mins. However check-in is slow. Took 10-15 mins before an agent was available, but the lines later in the evening were much longer, possible wait time of approx 1 hr. Free welcome cocktail was provided, but took a long time to get this due to bar staff too busy. Air conditioning in room was ineffective. At full fan speed and with window open, room was still uncomfortable and affected sleep. The hotel was also very busy due to functions as well as guests. Served its purpose as a good location for an early morning flight departure, but otherwise not a good experience.
