What kind of hotel has no drinking glasses of any type in the room? Other than that, and very few TV channels, the stay was fine. Great shower. Excellent breakfast. Nice room - except for the missing glasses - and no electric kettle.

It’s generally very good for what it is, an affordable hotel conveniently located near the Vienna Hbf. It’s bare bones, but a clean place to stay. Would have been nice if there were glasses in the room or soap in the dispensers, but otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Loved the design, room set up worked well for us, plenty of recharging points, surfaces to put things on in the ensuite, shelf for case. Staff were friendly and helpful, including getting a coffee in the evening with a variety of places to sit. Loved that rooms not cleaned every day (so my stuff not moved around!) but could still get clean towels if needed. Very handy for the rail station,(including bus to airport) and tram from across the road frequent into the inner stadt with all its transport connections. Very happy with this hotel.

Booked this property for 2 adults and a 11 year old. Room is tiny, only 1 bed and no sofa bed or separate bed for the child. You can imagine how inconvenient it was to sleep in “king” (not really King) size bed for 3 people Room is very basic; no in room coffee available. Need to go to the lobby to get coffee. Some staffs were nice and couple of them were not and unfriendly. Overall wound not recommend this place.

Short walk to Wien HBF, modern lobby, comfortable beds. Did not like that tap water in bathroom had a slightly moldy smell until you ran it for a minute. Weird. I did not drink from the tap. Rooms are simple but clean and cute. Recommend for a short stay - 15 min Railjet train to airport - very easy.

Transportation was excellent as the Main Station is near. Checkout is so easy: you just drop the key in the box. Wifi is terrible and connection keeps breaking up. Free coffee and juice available for all guests in the morning. Breakfast is meager and lacks variety.
