The property was very nice and located in the heart of the city. Several places to dine all over the place. I would recommend this hotel.

Very very nice staff and great room

Best breakfast we had during our one week in Laos, good size room and good quality bed. Clean and well maintained, nice pool area. We booked a room with a balcony because we wanted to enjoy morning coffee/evening drink - it does not come with any furniture though and that is a shame. What is the point of a balcony if there is nowhere to sit? Other than that, most recommended. Location convenient (bikes and motorbikes for rent just across the street) and walking distance to the night market.

Exceptional property I had a very comfortable room, with an outstanding workstation and reliable internet. Excellent situation with easy walking to my office and local restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommended for business travellers.

Beautiful 5-star hotel in Vientiane. It is a bit out of the tourist and downtown area but it’s quiet and just a short taxi ride there. They also offer a shuttle. The service was exceptionally friendly and they helped us with an early-morning taxi to the airport. And we had lunch in their restaurant which was delicious and Jen was lovely.
